Adaptive Riding and Horsemanship

Horsemanship

These classes are set up on an hour basis and paid per hour. Each student will learn about horsemanship, including grooming, care, walking a horse and riding. Our approach for each session is safety, communication with the horse, relationship, connection and then riding. We believe this foundation helps students to become better with their horsemanship skills and skills for outside the barn.

Adaptive Riding Sessions

Adaptive Riding Sessions give riders an opportunity to experience empowering freedom of movement, while learning to ride a horse at the best of their ability. Requirements for Adaptive riding is that there be a special need diagnosis and that they have been cleared to ride by their physician. These sessions are cash pay only and we do not bill insurance for this program. This is not OT or PT. These sessions are booked privately or in a group session and paid for in 8 week sessions.
